Liebster Award

I was nominated for the Liebster Award by my sweet friends, Amanda and Allie from ICLW. I’ve enjoyed getting to know them and joining them and supporting them on their journey as they battle infertility.

What is the Liebster Blog Award? The Liebster Blog Award is given to up and coming bloggers with less than 200 followers. I’ll answer 11 questions and then nominate more people to participate. Instead of doing both sets of questions, I’m just doing one set!

If there were one word you could choose out of the dictionary, which one would you choose to best describe yourself? I think most people would say dedicated. Dedicated to friendships, my marriage, working out, my job, etc

What’s your biggest pet peeve? Negativity

Throughout your journeys, what would you say is the most important lesson you’ve learned thus far? God is sovereign over our journey. When we truly seek Him we realize that His plans are better than ours and everything will work out how it is supposed to.

What’s your favorite childhood memory? Probably all the traveling we did, playing sports and summers hanging out at the pool and on the trampoline

What’s your biggest regret? Hmm, maybe not letting loose and having more fun in life.

If there were anything about your life experiences you could change, what would they be and why? This seems to be similar to the last question 🙂 I would choose to have more fun!

Tell us something quirky about you. I’m a nerd. I love reading the newspaper. I’m a very structured person and love routine. I would much rather cook at home then go out to eat. Hmm.. I’m sure Colby would have a long list of things 🙂

What’s your favorite dish/meal? Too many to name! I love veggies and chicken though, so I might have to choose salad. Yum

Who or what’s been your biggest influence throughout life? I guess the bible, trying to live up to what a Godly life looks like, yet, it’s a daily struggle.

Do you have a bucket list? No, but maybe I should make one!

What do you do for a living? Financial Analyst. I’m a nerd and I sit in a cube and crunch numbers in excel all day
