I started looking into products I could take to help lower my FSH and increase chances of fertility. After doing some research, I bought Royal Jelly. It’s encouraging to read about all the health benefits, including the improvement of egg quality. All reviews, forums and sites I looked at had wonderful things to say. I’m going to take one teaspoon a day and when C.J. is in town have him take it too! The reviews I read said the brand below is the best to buy. I don’t like honey, but it actually doesn’t taste that bad! Also, I purchased Chia Seeds, because I’ve heard good things about those lately too (not necessarily related to fertility, but just in general).
Royal Jelly is made up of 60-70 percent water, 12 percent protein, 12-15 carbohydrates and five to six percent lipid. It also has vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and trace amounts of vitamin C.
