I just received the news yesterday that my genetics test came back normal! Another big praise to God. They tested for Cystic Fibrosis, Fragile X Syndrome and Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I don’t know much about the genetic disorders, but have heard more about SMA recently. After reading up about SMA the statistics say that 1 in 40 people in the US are carriers for SMA and 1 in 6,400 babies in the U.S are born with it. Praise the Lord for more normal test results.
