Ch-ch-ch-chaaaanges!

If you were redirected here from the Team Harries blog, don’t worry you are in the right place! A new title and site have been in the works for awhile, and I’m excited to announce the new blog is finally here! Thanks to our sweet and dear friends Michael and Kara who made it happen. There were multiple reasons for the new change. When I first started writing the other blog, I didn’t intend to share it. Even though I have always struggled with writing I knew the Lord wanted me to. However, we decided it was time to change the title and create a new name and new site: In Due Time.

Why In Due Time? Colby came up with this blog title from the verse in 1 Samuel 1:20 – And in due time Hannah conceived and bore a son, and she called his name Samuel, for she said, “I have asked for him from the Lord. 

But there are also two other verses that speak to God’s perfect timing.

1 Peter 5:6 – Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.

Galations 6:9 –  And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.

So, we hope you continue to join us on this journey. For we know that in due time the Lord will grant us our babies. It’s been a hard, but fun ride so far. One that we wouldn’t change for the world.
