Brandon LOVES the L-Arginine. He still takes it now. He always took supplements working out when he was younger, and he says that the L-Arginine has the same effects in the gym as his supplements did. It also aids in bloodflow ๐Ÿ˜‰

I never changed my vitamins that much. I was always a Prenatal Vitamin girl. I tried some of the fertility supplements and Evening Primrose Oil but never noticed a true difference. I don’t think I’ll ever take anything other than a Prenatal Vitamin until I’m much older. My nails and hair have definitely benefited from them!
