Health Products

I started looking into products I could take to help lower my FSH and increase chances of fertility. After doing some research, I bought Royal Jelly. It’s encouraging to read about all the health benefits, including the improvement of egg quality. All reviews, forums and sites I looked at had wonderful things to say. I’m going to take one teaspoon a day and when C.J. is in town have him take it too! The reviews I read said the brand below is the best to buy. I don’t like honey, but it actually doesn’t taste that bad! Also, I purchased Chia Seeds, because I’ve heard good things about those lately too (not necessarily related to fertility, but just in general).

Hi. Here from ICLW. Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier today.
I’m also dealing with elevated FSH. Besides RJ my acupuncturist who is specialized in fertility suggests a high quality CoQ10 together with a high quality fish oil (for better absorption). Thought I would share.
Wishing you the best of luck on your journey!

I’ve never heard of Royal Jelly– what do you do with it? I can’t tell whether it’s a pill of some sort or actually like…jelly? Ya know, pass it around the table with the biscuits!! 🙂
