In Your Light

Colby and I went to the Bethel worship concert last night and my brother and sister-in-law flew in for the night to join us! It was a fun double date and one of the most amazing, spirit-led worship nights I have every experienced! And, the Lord blessed me with another blue sock moment! If you aren’t familiar with Bethel and are looking for amazing worship music, I highly recommend checking them out.

I thought I would share this song. They didn’t sing it last night, but it is one of my favorites. Get ready – it’s going to make you want to dance and shout out. I love the lyrics – He turns our tears of sadness into joy and gladness!!!

In Your Light

In Your light I find my strength
In Your truth I overcome
In Your praise I lose myself
For in Your love

You’ve turned my tears of sadness into such joy and gladness
My heart can’t keep it in I’m shouting, shouting

In Your joy I find my strength
In Your hope I overcome
In Your grace I lose myself
For in Your love

I love Bethel! I love their worship! I love the words to this song! What a great date night, It sounds like you guys had a hoot! Their church is a fairly easy drive from where we live and one day we hope to make it down that way to visit. I hear it is just AMAZING! Love it! Xox

I’ve heard great things about Bethel! I am only really familiar with Kim Walker-Smith and a few of her songs… but I love what I’m hearing. 🙂
